Reversal request

YES BANK Credit Card ending with 3648.

Hello. My credit card has been charged overuse fees which isn't the case. I had made the payment and then used it which is visible in the statement. Plc check and reverse the amount

Dear Sir,
I am a customer with Yes Bank Green Park Branch Green Park, New Delhi

Credit Card Emi that got cancelled due to Moratorium

Am Suraj Ravindra Varma holding Credit card [protected]. If my memory serves me right, in 2018, i had swiped the card for a huge amount and converted to an EMI option and my EMI was around 7 to 8k. Unable to Waived off Extra 4 months Charges

Yes pay wallet is not unlocked by bank

My yes pay wallet block due to otp was not received on mobile( due to government restrictions befor 2 month). 1 Note Retained

I went to deposit money in yes bank Lajpat nagar but the staff sitting on rhe cash counter told to deposit the money in the cdm . I deposited rupees 1 lakh out which inly 93500 was deposited and it gave me back only 12 notes of 500, but the cdm should give me 13 notes of 500 after that the machine was showing 1 note retained and there was no help from the branch staff and this a wrong way that if a customer is bringing such huge amount the...

Harassment from collection department

Sir/madam,

We have an Auto Loan with yes bank under name of MR. Tirathsingh Dhakare, my first EMI was bounce on 15 April 2021. Next day on 16 April 2021 we sent a person with RTGS of EMI amount and bounce charges 885/- for payment.

Harassment by Recovery Agents of YES BANK

Due to some financial crunch I am unable to make payments against my Personal Loan and Credit Card. However, I have requested to settle both the accounts but recovery/collection agents are harassing me and my relatives/friends/colleagues. Cash Credits in Wrong Account

I DID THE Rs.2000 Transaction from my yesbank account to kotak bank 811 account date[protected] by my dabit card of yesbank it was successfully done and Rs 2000 rupees debited from my yesbank account but same was not credit in my kotak811 account I spoke with kotak bank manager he was saying we didn't get the Rs 2000 amout in kotak 811 bank. please check with yesbank account they hold the Rs 2000 amount from his side .

Customer Care Service Concern

I hold a personal loan account and credit card with yesbank. I am really having a hard time dealing with their customer care folks whenever I need any information. Those people at [protected]@yesbank.in won't read emails properly and kept on wasting my time earlier.
