[Resolved] Yes Bank — CESC Bill not Paid through Yes Bank Net Banking | |
Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I was 2 time tried to online pay through Yes Bank Net Banking. But Transaction is failed due to technical problems of the Server. But after that I have to check My Balance of the Yes Bank A/C, I have seen that Rs. 360/- is debited my account. I am given My consumer no. details and mail ID. Pl. check and Verify The amount will credited against my Bill for the month of August-2014 or not. And as well as pl. tell me how I get back the money.
