Yes Bank — Complain about credit card dispute amount imposing on me forcefully | |||
Kindly understand the senario as mentioned below . 1) Payment made to amazon pay wallet through credit card but transaction got failed .Informed same time to credit card department because money got deducted .- Told by customer care that it will automatically come back in account . 2. ) Got the next month credit card statement with the transaction amount to be paid by me as money didn't came back on failed transaction 3) Again talked to customer care regarding the same they told me to talk to amazon for the same as they have the transaction id . 4) Spoke to amazon customer care they confimed on mail that they don't have any transaction detail for the sme date and time . 5 ) Same has been shared to yesbank credit card dispute department they told me wait for 180 days as per there processing time 6) Yesterday 3.5 month received the mail from yesbank credit department saying they have transaction detail of same and now I have to pay the money. 7 ) On the pdf received by the yesbank credit card department regarding payment it clearly show money was refunded by merchant . They didnot received it and didn't bother to ask where is the money when it is refeunded by merchant . 8 ) As it is digital transaction credit card department suppose to received money and credit in my account which they had not done and trying to claim money from me as they say they had paid to merchant and merchant has processed and approved the refund . 9) Sharing both screen short of mail from merchant for not receiving money and pdf from creditcard department . 10) Kindly help me as these people are making fool of me and so many time contacted credit card department for the same And they are just giving false hope of resolving the matter and just trying to put liabilty of transaction on me, but as customer what ever can be done from my side I had done. It just there incompetance and lethargic attitude which they are not doing so . Was this information helpful? | |||
