I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Yes Bank Ltd regarding multiple unresolved issues related to my personal loan account.

Below are the specific concerns:
Incorrect Outstanding Balance Displayed:
On 9th April 2025, I made a payment of ₹63, 645, which was reflecting as the total outstanding on the Yes Bank IRIS app. However, even after this payment, the app continued to show ₹115 as pending.
Further Unjustified Dues:
I also paid the additional ₹115 to clear the balance. Yet after this, the app again started showing ₹770 as pending. This clearly indicates a lack of transparency and a pattern of imposing arbitrary or system-generated charges without any valid explanation.
Unwanted Charges:
Yes Bank continues to charge me unjustified amounts, despite timely and full payments. These charges are neither notified nor explained, causing confusion and distress.
No Response on NACH Update Request:
I have submitted a request to update my NACH mandate for loan repayment, but the bank has not acted on it or even acknowledged my emails. Instead, I am being asked repeatedly to visit a branch for resolution, which is not feasible or reasonable for such requests.
Poor Customer Support:
I have tried contacting customer care multiple times, but calls are kept on hold for up to an hour and then disconnected without any help or resolution.
I request RBI to investigate these practices by Yes Bank and direct them to:
Reverse all unjustified charges,
Provide a correct and final loan statement,
Immediately act on my NACH update request.
Please let me know if any additional documents or information are needed to support this complaint.
