Harassment through email is recognized as a serious cybercrime offence, seriously punishable under the Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000 and the Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860 and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
Brief
You have committed the offence under the above act by sending the same email repeatedly numerous times everyday and every night too in this week. Obviously it prove your intention to harass murs and during night time hours too.
We have kept all the record of All the 43 emails containing the same repeated message you have been sending through miss using email for the last one week which we are going to forward to the cyber crime police to arrest you to send it to jail with heavy penalty for the serious cyber crime you have been found continuously committing during day and night too.
