Yes Bank — delay in provident fund

Dear sir/ madam,

My name is prashant tiwari ex employee of yesbank employee code pte3349037 worked from 01/01/2013 to 05/10/2017. My member id mhban[protected] uan [protected]. I have submitted my pf withdraw on dated[protected]. But still i am unable to track the status of my provident fund. since last more than 2 months i am following on mail with our pf consultant email id is ‎[protected]@sawantpfconsultant.com. But not received any favourable revert from them‎.
Request you to look into this & pls assist me to get my provident fund asap.‎ thanks,
