Yes Bank — Fraud done through the credit card of yes bank

My name is Tripti Manglam. I run an institution for disabled children. On 22nd October 2023, one man named Mr. Parmil Kumar ( aadhar card attached) who introduced himself as an army officer. Also he informed me that he is a part of Army School Bhopal. He further added that School wants to do psychological assessment for the children. After 2 days of discussion with Parmil, on 24th October 2023, he introduced me to his senior named Mr. Shrikant Sharma. He further informed me that the advance payment will be done to me for the assessment. Also Mr Shrikant will do video call. I spoke to him on video call where Mr. Shrikant was in Army Uniform. After the discussion on the same day they sent me the Yess Bank Credit card number. They took out 80000 from my account by withdrawing 5000 17 times( transaction receipts are attached ). Neither I clicked on OTP nor clicked on any link. The phone numbers of them are as follows -
