Yes Bank — Levy of latapayment charges

Yes bank does a dirty trick of withholding the cheques for payments of credit card bills for 4 -5 days, especially high value payments and levy late payment charges and GST. Thus in a year they recover the annual fee.
Their e mail complaint IDs are either "no reply" or not attended mail boxes.

When complained they give evasive and irrlevant reply.
