Yes Bank — Misbehaving with parents, relatives and friends by recovery agents | |
My question is this, Is it in Yesbank policy to calling card holder parents and use unparliamentary languages? If any medical issues come to old people, Yesbank bank is going to take responsibility? I am in direct contact with Yes Bank executives for resolution still this type of incident increase distrust in Bank's management and I believe Yes bank knows 1 unhappy customer makes other customers unhappy too.
