Yes Bank — my check 13 aug. 2018..is not clear..bank branch loss my check or not give to clear solution ??

*I (check hsbc bank) to attach yes bank sec -15part2, in gurgram...date :-13aug.2018.

*But it is not clear now day something 2mouth ..but it not clear...

*i go and my problem say to yes bank sec 15part2..branch...

It's branch ans:--
-sometime branch say your check loss
-sometime branch say your check go to your adress.
But my check not come my home 2mouth.
So this problem is no solution
-sometime branch say your check is other yes bank branch office
...now no solution...
