Yes Bank — Negative account balance in saving account

I had opened a salary account in June 2015 in Chandigarh branch when I joined an IT firm there but resigned just after a month to pursue higher studies. I had withdrawn my one month salary in Nov 15 and after that there is no transection till date for this account but I am getting routine messages for negative account balance that has now about RS.6500. I cannot maintain my account due to financial problems . I want to close this account and don't want to pay these charges.

I cannot maintain my account as now I am in my home town and have no incoming. I want to close this account and don't want to pay these charges. Please help me out.
