Yes Bank — Negative balance imposed on my account | |||||
I stopped using my YES bank account in December 2015 after withdrawing all the money. It used to be my salary account and now i have been receiving messages from the bank about negative balance in my account. As per RBI's directions, banks should not impose negative fine on savings account which were once salary account. I also tried to get in touch with the bank through there customer care numbers but they wanted me to be in one of their branches in person. Was this information helpful? | |||||

And I have deposit cheque for clearing (ch no 11966 Central Bank of india ) on 11.01.2017 but till not clear and i had meet to branch manger but he replied to me we have no responsibility for your cheque
kindly help me other wise
