Yes Bank — payment not received | |||
On[protected], i tried to paid amount of ₹405 with my rupay debit card to ‘make my trip’ but the transection failed due to internet connection. The amount of ₹405 had been deducted from my yes bank account. I also confirmed to makemytrip, they didn't received the payment. I attached "error message" from makemytrip I raised complaint to yes bank for the same on[protected]. But still i didn’t get my refund. Yes bank not responding as well. Hii i am shahnawaz ahmad shamim ahmad khan and account holder of yes bank want to submit a complaint that and amount of 14835/- got debited from my account on 13/11/18 without my knowledge request you to please help me in getting my money back in my account. Contact - [protected]
