Respected sir,

My name is Kumar Ashish I have joined yes Bank Limited as an agent 2 years back. I haven't doing any business for that company. Despite I have tried for deactivate my Agent code from self deactivation portal but error show ( kindly provide Exact Register No) At the time of registration someone use wrong Contact no that is [protected] (not belong to me) My contact number is [protected] so Therefore kindly deactivate my Agent code from Irdai Portal I have already complaint many times but this issue not resolved still now . My onboarding is delayed in joining to new Employer due to showing Active still now.
. My license validity also expired. But my pan number looked up in irda portal
