So quick to close the case but never shown such a speed and care to resolve the issue.

No you cannot close the case as duplicate because you have already failed to resolve the issue and kept it pending for non ending period as you have performed with all our grievance amounting to serious negligence and deficiency on your part.

You should be ashamed of yourself that we have to lodge our grievance to PG portal repeatedly but still you do not care to resolve it but kept us waiting without following anytime limit.
And this you are doing to yes first customer then how much harassment you must be causing to your normal customer.
Instead of replacing your MasterCard with Visa Card immediately, you have preferred to close the case very comfortably proving how irresponsible a nodal officer could be.
And that is the reason why due to such deficient authorities in Yes Bank made your share price not even to reach a tiny amount of RS 30. I regret why I invested over 5 millions in such a bank.
