Yes Bank — refund not processed

Recently I had purchased some items from Amazon, which was returned due to some issues... Amazon has already processed refund on 12/02/2019 & they are telling that the refund should reflect in my bank account by now... But as of now I have not received any amount. My refund reference number is #[protected]. Please help me to get my refund amount..
