Grievance stands as follows.

Still after waiting for so long, repeated complaints and reminders, your bank failed to provide me the Visa Card in the place of MasterCard for me, the years first account holder. Being constraint, I am referring the matter to the consumer court for the compensation of rs 5 lakh for purposely dealing the matter to harvest me entirely at the risk and costs of Yes Bank which make a legal note of. An evident case of severe negligence and deficiency on the part of your bank punishable under the consumer protection act 1986.

I will put the matter to the consumer court for ₹ 5 lakh penalty to be deducted from the salary of the responsible person in the backend team who is liable for firstly issuing the MasterCard and now purposely dealing to replace it with Visa Card to Harris me. Nobody could escape the punishment the court will slap on.
