1 So now you have wastefully tried to transferred all your liabilities on the shoulder of the deputy chief manager of the Nariman point branch
2 How could you expect him to be responsible where you are responsible, your back end team responsible for the non ending harassment and negligence clearly visible in all the issues.
3. You are trying to make the deputy chief manager easy target to victimise him to hold him responsible for all the deficiency you are responsible for. Instead of taking action against the culprit who are in your back end team you have put all the responsibilities on deputy chief manager shoulder. Not acceptable.
4 it is your responsibility to submit the screenshot of your Yes Bank rule where you say you do not provide Visa Card to the value first yes customer. Why?
5. Similarly all the issues are caused by your back end team and failed to resolve for so long making you responsible legally to be punished by the consumer court and also by the consumer commission with heavy penalty make a legal note of.
6 Due to negligent staff like you the share price of Yes Bank got stuck below rs 30. Why don't you resign and let better people, more efficient people occupy your seat.
