Hi Team, This is Macherla Naveen Kumar Goud. Due to Covid Effected i am unable to pay full amount . But regularly paying minimum Bill and recently paid Total amount. I called Customer care and said all the situation of mine and requested to waive off 4 months extra charges charged by bank. Simply they denied 3 times and support people not co-operative.
