It's been not even 30 days since I have take. A you broadband connection and I have got internet only for 4-5 days that too with breaks.
When I call customer service, it's the worst ever. They don't know anything and all they say is I will get a call back. But NOT CALL EVER.
I don't want to cut my connection but if I have paid for it for 3 months and not even 1 day I have no connection, what can I do but ask for a refund? THEY REFUSE.
they say the plan amount will not be refunded only deposit which is 1000. I have paid full for 3 months and I have not even got 5 straight days on Internet.
The worst company. Rather this is what they do with everyone. See their Facebook for reviews. Full of negative reviews. They are a cheat company. The worst company to deal with.
Stay away from you.
I am going to file and FIR against them to not give my money back.
