You Broadband — after renewal of internet after renewal | |||
My customer id is: 537916 I have facing too many problem with your youbroadband connection. And no one is going to hear from me. I have renewed my internet on 5th oct 2018 my internet was down from 6th oct 2018 and when i called my customer care but they are not taking my complain and said they can not able to take complain due to their internet is down and they was not responded properly, then can you tell me who will provide my service regarding the same? Then i have asked please refund my money which i have renewed as net was not working from the day i have renewed and i have paid for 3 months. Is there anyone who can hear me and tell me without internet can i get my money back? Or i have for forgot this money for no internet provided by you. Update: Every time when we complain to customer care from application or by phone after 4-5 hours we will get automat / canned response with resolve message but actual no complain have been resolved. Their engineer (Mr. Tushar) said you have problem with modem on 15-oct-2018 and we will replace tomorrow and till date there is no resolution Can you please confirm if anyone is there to solve my problem and where can i file complain to consumer court as they taken my money and not giving internet service Was this information helpful? | |||

Always spilt my net and not connecting since 5DAYS .. and my all works are pending but no local contact hear and I have to always put my complaint online and then after enginear is coming after 4 days so I m really frustrated so plzzz provide me hear local office Numbar so I can go or I can call and solve my problem ...
