You Broadband — cheated on plan services | |
Representative of you broadband as usual called on our phone and said ma'am the plan which is activated at your residence is available now at the same price so if you confirm will come and collect the cheque. I was travelling and therefore gave the message at my store to give him the cheque of said amount i. E. 4200/-. Just a month back we noticed the amount is same but at our residence it says 1500 gb plan and at our store it shows 800 gb. We called personally to youbroadband representative mohit and clarified but now he is refusing and saying you can approach to customer care no senior will come and meet you. Also, his say is plan tao 4200 ka hi hai (His understanding is i have taken 4200) and that means company is not answerable if the services given in the package is 800 instead of 1500. I am surprised how can any representative give such an irresponsible answer. Or else the fact is they have been groomed to manipulate and take advantage of the clients who trust you that you will deliver what is conveyed. Was this information helpful? | |

Inspite of having informed and complained numerous times, no action has been taken. There has been no internet since a month inspite of paying well in advance for 3 months...
