You Broadband — Cheating Service : Original Speed is not comming | |||
Problem to your kind perusal:- I spoke with the customer care support about this but no use so finally reaching to Escalation team with larger distro, at least one person can take up my issue and expecting prompt Action. 1. Now I am facing serious lag issues ping problem and download speed is ranging from 30-50. My downloading Speed is 512 Mbps and it’s too slow through Direct LAN cable. I took plan:WTF100Mbps (550GB, 6 months plan – Just 10 day only I got New connection, Used 10 GB only). After FUP Speed512 Mbps. (I paid for your service because I was promised a good Speed and Service. But as it turns out it is proving very unprofessional and least bothered about customers.) 2. 2days back I have raised ticket and yesterday Technician came for resolve the issue, however we have checked SPEEDTEST, Fortunately its coming 70 Mbps where as downloading speed is 512 Mbps we have downloaded few time with multiple files. Without resolving issue my Ticket got closed yesterday evening. Only reason i took this plan is to work from home during night hours and weekend support but the speed/downloading/browsing in at time never reaches even 100 kpbs. I have been the calling call centre all the 3 days but no improvement. I paid 6 months fees as advance faced enough problems with your service, if I will not get proper speed I would request you please cancel my new connection and refund of my payment if this cannot be fixed. I was utter disappointment with your support/Service, not only this time, whenever I face any problem with net; I have faced similar delays almost all the times. Every time your delay cost too much for me in terms of professionally and personally. Please resolve my issue immediately or pay back my refundable money you collected on 06-June-2015. So I will go for my Existing ACT (Formerly BEAM) broadband provider. So I request you to kindly address the problem and provide me with a truly ‘PERMANENT RESOLUTION’.
