You Broadband — Fraud company which is not returning my paid money

Respected Sir/Ma'm, Myself David Samson, I am living in Vadodara, Gujarat where I have internet connection from You Broadband internet connection provider. I recently changed my home due to that I approached You Broadband office to get shifted my internet connection to my new location and paid shifting process charge of Rs.607/- on 13/02/2015. At that time customer care representative told me not to recharge my account since it will take minimum 1 and half months to shift internet connection which seems okay to me and I didn't recharged as per their suggestion. Now, 1 and half month passed and during this 1 and half months of period I didn't got a single call nor anybody came to my house to check or provide shifting service. So, I approached to their office again and talked with their executive at Vadodara Old Padara Road branch. They told me it is not possible to shift internet connection while my account is in suspended mode. I argued with them and said that your customer care representative suggested me not to recharge my account and I simply followed their instruction. But if this is the issue why didn't I got any notification during 1 and half month? Does such service you people are offering after taking money? Ultimately I give up and asked to refund my modem deposit with shifting process charges. They told me to place a request on You Broadband's customer care portal so that my deposit will be given back to me through cheque at my new address with-in 1 week and so. Which again seems okay to me! Now I placed request and talked with customer care officer to reject my connection and give back my deposit plus shifting charge. So, they accepted my request and told me, "my money will be delivered to me in and around an around one week through cheque". One week passed and nothing happened at all so, again I called to You Broadband's customer care office to get the status of my rejection request. At that time they told something surprising, they told "My rejection request has been cancelled from their side and they have an availability at my location and they are able to fix the issue and shift my connection as soon as possible. I just have to recharge my account and once my account is in working condition everything will be alright!" Again with this talk I followed their instructions and did recharged my a/c for 3 month internet pack of Rs.1700+ and informed You Broadband customer care portal that I have did as you said and recharged my account; now process my shifting request so I can do my office work because I am working in IT company and I have to do my work through internet connection. Even I talked with their superior and explained everything in detail. She given me guarantee to shift my connection in 7 working days! Again I have to wait till 7 days which I did though I talked after 4 days to You Broadband customer care officer to get to know what is the status of my shifting request? This time they told me "somebody from their firm has been appointed and my request will be fulfilled very soon!" But, after 7 days passed and nothing happened not even I got a single call or nobody from You Broadband contacted me I contacted their customer care portal on 20/04/2015 to know the actual status of my request. At this time they surprised me again! They told me "my location is out of reach of their G-Phone connectivity and they are not able to shift connection!" I shocked and told them, you people insisted me to recharge my account and told me you have availability at my location and now you are saying that you are unable to shift my internet connection? How strange is this? At this time I went to You Broadband's Old Padra Road, Vadodara office to talk physically and get know what is the actual cause and if they are not able to shift I will tell them to give back my all money which I paid during this 2 and half months and my modem deposit as well. Now, they are saying me they will only refund me my modem deposit + shifting charges, but they will not going to pay my Rs.1700+ which I paid for my internet connection because they repeatedly insisted me to recharge and trapped me! They have cheated me and now I am clueless what to do! I requesting you to resolve my issue so that I can get my all the money which I paid without getting single day service which is around Rs.3000/- and so. They have clearly cheated me! and wasted my 2 and half months of time without doing anything. Thanks & Regards David Samson
