You Broadband — Frequent connection disruptions and very poor after sale services | |||||
I have a broadband connection at You Broadband at SURAT. Customer No. 87383. On 28th of february, broadband connection was disrupted due to some techincal issues and they promised to solve it in 2 days. Its now 7 days and still the connection is not active. Since last few months after i renewed my broadband plan, there are frequent connection disruptions, almost 4-5 times in last 6 months and each time they take 4-5 days minimum to solve the issue. Moreover their backoffice shows a status 'COMPLAINT SOLVED' even when the complaint is not solved. This happened 3 times with my complaints. This causes a severe harrasment to all the users in my family. Specially i have affected much in my business due to this as everything works on internet. Here our PM is taking great efforts in providing free WIFI and this company is not providing a proper internet though we have paid for it. I request to take this matter with priority. The company is losing reputation in the market due to the poor services of their employees. I want the company to solve the problem of my internet connection by today or else i desire of getting complete refund of my paid amount. Thanking You Was this information helpful? | |||||

i have a same problem to you Broadband .i have more then 10time compaline for the speed problem but no one ans propar and manager not ans proper.
