I have ordered a new broadband connection from the above named supplier in October 2014. Based out of Visakhapatnam, when the cyclone hudhud hit all the services were disrupted for over 3 months. Upon calling You Broadband customer service - I was told that the money that I paid for 3 months subscription would be credited into my account. In Jan 2015 when I called customer service, I was notified that someone would be getting in touch with me with regards to the service credit into my account. I have repeatedly called them since then informing that I got no response with respect to the above subject.
I have also visited the office and spoke to an agent in the office in Visakhapatnam. I was told by him the service will be credited into my account by the end of business that day.
Till date - I have not received any credit and even today after calling customer service, I got the same response about someone being in touch with me within the next 4 to 12 working hours.
I initiated a complaints procedure and tried contacting on the number provided in the service providers website (http://www.youbroadband.in/contactus/trai_gri_youtelecom.pdf) - unfortunately - no one was able to take my call as the phone went unanswered. Was this information helpful? |
