You Broadband India — 18 days internet not working.. extension required | |||
Dear sir/mam, This is to bring to your kind notice that my internet was not available from 23.06.2020 2pm to 10.07.2020 5pm. I was not able to use the internet for those 18 days. The same can be seen in the attached screenshot of the service request summary. I have also sent so many emails to youbroadband regarding the outage of the internet. My subscription is going to end on 10.08.2020 as per my last renewal. However owing to the unavailability of service for 18 days i expect my package to be extended for further 18 days.
