My account no is 1285368 raised a service request to add power supply benefit into my account for the period of 1 year on 15th of may via email and customer care and even contacted the local executives about the issue. They promised me it will be done before the account expires and my account won't be suspended. Now my account got expired and there is no internet for the past 5 days and all the customer care executives are rude saying it will be done when it is done and hanging up the call if i ask for a proper date by which the request will process. The local operators are not answering the call and are talking harshly when called from a different mobile no regarding the issue.
