You Broadband India — bad connection and poor services | |||
I have taken broadband services from you broadband in the month of december 2016 and till date i am facing internet fluctuation issue, most of the time internet not working at all, whenever we call them they give reasons there is some problem in my area, i live in bandra (W) the most expensive location and almost all the service providers are upto mark in providing services. You broadband executives harass you by calling 4-5 times in a day just achieve their target to register a new customer and post registration they don't care they take customers for granted. During the time of renewal they call you 100 times and assure u they will do this and that but all promises are false and they are fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had bought connection from you broad on 11/8/2017. But till the time (26/8/17) my connection is not started, beside my regular follow up.

I had applied for you broadband services 3 weeks back but they have not installed the connection . I have paid them through cheque on 18th August 2017 of Rs 1829. Till date they have not provided any services
