You Broadband India — Complaint Not resolved even after continuous complaints

Last 2 weeks i am facing the same problem of speed dropping continuously. Regularly i have to call at the call center, but still no solution to the problem is given. I had requested the technician visit for checking the problem but the technician has also not arrived yet. After every complain i receive a message stating my problem has resolved, while it is acrually resolved. According to the plan, i am promised a speed of 15 mbps, but i am receiving only 0.5 or sometimes 0.1 mbps speed. No proper response is given. Everytime i complain, they assure that the problem would be solved in 4-8 working hours, but it is not done.

They are just money eaters most of the time the connection doesnt work but they ask u to renew before ur monthly pack gets over no proper service dont buy this broadband connection!!!
