[Resolved] You Broadband India — Connection

After confirmation from higher authority and ensuring from them that within 20-25 days they install connection but they cheat and now after more than one month now no reply from them..

I asked for writing abt time period but they are not agreed for that.

I think there are many other costumers who face same problem.

One year before i faced same problem and after so many follow up i got my money back.
I also told them abt last problem and they give endurance not happen next time but once again i faced same.

Please do necessary action urgently.

I have call record and payment slip.

still no reply from You Broadband.. I request you if you have power then please help me to solve my problem as early as possible. And if you are not able do any thing then please stop this website.. my details as follow CRF NO. : YOUF No. 811777 Date of registration 06/06/2016 plan details: You Dream - 6 mbps + 1 mbps - 4 month - 200 GB - connectivity GPON Payment details: 3209/- cheque - 015866 sales executive : Jay Sisodiya - A/c. 1381849 As per confirmation from higher authority through telephonic talk they give confirmed me within 25 days i get the connection. Also i confirmed with them if possible then i will register my account and they give me confirmation that any how i will get the connection within 25 days. But still no reply from them and after so many followup the just simply avoid to answer me. I HOPE YOU ARE ABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND NECESSARY ACTION TAKING ON THEM. Urgent...
