I applied for a connection on 24th september & i waited for 5 days for them to get the cabling & all other procedures done but i hadnt heard from them. Later on i cancelled my connection on 28th of september and asked for a refund, ever since then i have been calling the customer care for my refund its been 15 days and all they have been saying is “our team will contact you within 22 hours” i waited for a week for them to contact me . I still havent heard from them neither via call nor email and not gotten any refund Was this information helpful? |
