My connection transfer request still pending after a month.
I have already paid transfer charge but company has not completed my setup at new address.
They always ask "we are working on it". When i contact to customer care.
Can you please help me to solve this problem.
I have asked them to refund me if not possible but they are not agree with it.

We subscribed internet services since April/May 2017.
You broadband failed to service as per theier terms.
They are not responding for 2-3 days while issue arrived.
They also denay to get our deposite back after their pity service.
Kindly take actions.
