My self wakaar shaikh, existing customer of youbraodband, (Customer relationship no: 1646665 & ]) having lots of problems of connectivity failure almost 1 to 2 times per week. I have chosen highspeed 75mbps plan from sep 1st & if i am not getting connectivity then what is meaning to take this plan? I had already registered complaint on 18 oct.2019 on call centre but till date today 22 oct 2019; problem not solved... The people are dropping 3 to 4 message daily when your plan is near to finish.
