Last 2 months there has been constant disconnection everyday, sometimes upto 8 hours and minimum 4 hours everyday! The reason generally given are maintenance work or power failure. But how many times a week do they need to do maintenance work and power doesnt go more than once a month in pune. These reasons are just excuses and cannot be accepted.
Thats at least 25-30% service failure that means upto 30% waste of my money! For charges of rs1400/month this is not acceptable. How can i demand a refund?
Below i have attached some of the 'service sms' over the last few days. If i had known earlier that pictures of proof were required i would not have deleted over 50 sms from the last month and before.
