I had installed you broadband here in dlf phase 3, u block on 21 may. My confirmation no. Is cc332509 the people came and setup device and left saying installation is complete and internet will start in half an hour, went to office and came back in evening still there was no internet connectivity. Tried getting support on the you broadband app multiple times however it always says there is a outage in your area. Next day i called local person who installed the broadband and said that they will fix this, came back in evening there was no internet. After 1 hour internet started, however speed was very slow. I have taken 100 mbps plan however could not even download 500mb file in 1 hour. Now 3 hours later internet is lost again and in application shows same message, there is outage in your area and just says it will fix by some time and than time gets increased and does not allow getting support. I just to cancel this connection and get full refund immediately.
