I applied for the broadband connection on 30.08.17. Mr ravi kiran ([protected]), the sales person, came to my doorstep promising to have the connection up and running in under 5 days. 10 days, and a dozen phone calls later i still await the connection. The most swift and efficient process of you broadband is getting your money i must say. Mr. Ravi took a cheque worth rs 9050 and encashed it within 2 days but when it came to provide the connection, i did not get anything apart from false promises.
Following up with various representatives (Vivek, rohit reddy, bhuvana divya m, raghavendra, kamal raj, subramanyam s.- applet authority appl. [protected]@youbroadband.co.in) from the customer support everyday has become a routine, and ensures you do not have a satisfying day. Each day i called i got a new date of installation in a seemingly endless loop. They even went to the extent of lying in saying that my locality does not fall within their service area after encashing the cheque and are providing other lame reasons. The sales representative is not even answering my calls and the customer support keeps extending my date of installation.
My cheque has been encashed and my money (Rs. 9050) for 6+1 months of subscription is stuck with you broadband for more than past 10 days and yet there is no assurance of when the installation would be done.
I strictly want an explanation for the same.
