There distributor tried to swindle extra money from us by saying the modem has gone offline and we will have to take a new connection instead, when according to their own manager that was not required.
We were promised installation in 4 days but it actually took 8 days with constant follow ups and threats. As college students with exams coming up, a working internet connection is a compulsion.
Several times the internet stops working. After various calls and raising complaints with their customer care, who by the way are far less than competent, screaming and threats, it takes too long for them to rectify the problem. Their standard answer of 4-8 hours is.
I terminated a connection 2 months back and was to get a refund of the security deposit of Rs.1000 within 45 days. I have already raised complaints, but no action has been taken yet. Was this information helpful? |
