I have paid for their 3 months 4 mbps plan. They installed the connection on time but it worked for one day only. Thereafter they changed the modem and said that it would start working in 2 hours. ( 11/7/15). Today it's 13/7/15 and it has still not started working. Neither the salesman nor the executive responsible for installing the modem is picking my calls.
