I was using You Broadband service in 2020.
Relationship Number : 2023116
I have stopped using the service since Aug 2020, informed about the same to You boadband and asked to refund the deposit of Rs 750.
They said they have created the request and I will receive refund via check. I never received any kind of check.
In Jan 2022, I called and again requested same, the customer care representative told he has created a request for me. When I asked him the request number, he said I will receive the sms for request creation and updates about the refund but I have not received any kind of sms.
They have been dodging all customers like this, telling them that they will receive the check but no one ever receives anything.
I checked online and came across lot of similar issues. Was this information helpful? |
