You Broadband India — did not installed wi-fi router only modem installed | |||
My a/c no. : 1789931 Login id: htp2018 Contact: [protected] I recently took connection form youbroadband of plan rs. 3000 (You mustang). I was assured during sale that it will come with free installation & free to use wi-fi router. However only modem was installed and wi-fi router was not installed at my premises. After asking, it was told to me that it will be installed after one week. (Persons's contact who installed [protected]) Furthur more i received the activation message from youbroadband a day earlier than actual installation took place. This guy asked for my userid and password and activated it somewhere else & not at my home. Next day he installed at my home that too without wi-fi router. I did not got service as promised.
