I had You Broadband connection since 2015. Because of I had been gone to out of India. I disconnected the internet connection from You Broadband.
After that I came back to India from 2019. I used again You Broadband internet connection again. And also used it during COVID-19.
I changed my internet provider to GTPL so I disconnected You Broadband. From April 2023, the service engineers from You Broadband came to submit my routers and modems. I submitted 2 routers and 2 modems. At that time, a service engineer gave me the refund receipt and told me to get my refund cheque of 1500 rupees after 15 days from Indian post or courier. I still didn’t receive a cheque from You Broadband.
Furthermore, I went to the You Broadband office with my refund receipt and then receptionist told me to do online procedure from You Broadband app. But there is no option available to do refund process. They didn’t help me even I had hope from You Broadband office.
Now I want my refund back as I submitted the devices but they are making exercises and neglect my application. Please help me regarding my matter. Thank You. Was this information helpful? |
