You Broadband India — Extremely Poor after sales services

I have taken this connection a month ago..they took more than 3 weeks to start the connection ... They ignored my calls, messages, whatsapp messages everything. I was calling them with 3 4 different numbers so that they would take my call atleast. Now that the connection was up after a lot of begging..it has stopped working since 4 days..i have again lodged complaint as that is the only thing ik of..This is seriously unimaginable. Someone should be held responsible for this.
