tecnician team is not giving proper attention from last 15 days.they are saying on call centres numbers that the service will start from tomorrow.customers care executives
satisfy the consumers on temporary basis regularly.they dont give proper information
and even they talk false.they resolve our complain in their system itself and write new
complain number when we talk next time.they dont give time period for resolving complain.whole system is working on assurance of working, but they dont
work actually.technician is also unexperienced.and generally when we complain, they said that this is outage problem and dont register our complain
even requesting many times.
