You Broadband India — harassing with support paid money no proper response while support | |||
Hello, Please look into my issue i am using you broadband internet service i have paid 5600 for internet in a month minimum 7 days their service will be down and no one will give proper response always i need to call them take the follow up they are mentally harassing the customers. Pleas do the needful while renewal time they called more than 5 times for renewal once its done and i have problem they are not responding and paying money to service and getting torture by them like this kind of service Was this information helpful? | |||

From past 15 months i am using d u broad band net, never had this much issue. Net speed is very low to what i have kept and also net is not working..plz reply fast...and many more times complaint has been lodged and there wasnt any reply till now. Yesterday i went to d office and gave compliant, no action was noted or paid attention
