I wanted a broadband for gaming so upon enquiry executive from You Broadband promised me of best connection. Being attracted to 18 Mbps plan I paid like 8000 rs for 1.5 years. Now when I complain of ping issues, there is no action taken. I have kept patience for like 2 months. There is literally no help from customer care. All they chant is that your problem will be answered shortly. Even the number which is provided to me of the Sr. Engineer is fake. The name of Sr. Engineer is Chintan Bhatt.
