No any one responding after payment, i fill like you broadband fraud No service since 6 days . They came last month. Collected the cheque. They have only one customer care number, for which you have to wait for nearly 7-10 minutes before you can talk to any person alive. Actually, that is a call centre. They register your complain. But, no complain ID or docket ID is given to you. For complain to TRAI you have to produce the proof of your complain. So, they are very smart not to give you complain ID. On the website there is no number whatsoever of any office or officer. Their app does not work. No one has come to fix attend to the problem. This company is a very big fraud.
