I have never seen such worst service provider. I have paid the amount for 3 months plan with 78 Mbps after getting confirmation that there is feasibility in our area on 15th Jan 2019. Since then there is no response from sales team and no response to the technician numbers given by sales team. I followed up each and every day by calling to customer care, sales team, Hyderabad head office. Finally after 8 days I have got response that there are no sufficient ports for installation.
There is no proper customer service and the way response from technicians is totally unprofessional. And now they are telling that my refund process will take 10 to 15 days. So, I need to wait for 25 to 30 days to get my money back with out internet on top of it. My payment relationship no CC297790 . Disgusting service. Was this information helpful? |
