My internet is not working for last one week, i have been complaining and following up with customer care team through call and mail as well but there is no response or even callback to understand the issue and resolve.
When i call customer care, they don't even have work log to understand what is the actual issue and what is the current progress, and even sometimes i get to explain the issue again and again.
I even looped nodal team and appeallate as well, but there is no response, it seems they are not even concerned about customer service. Was this information helpful? |
