My internet was down for past 4 days. Complaint is being raised but no response from customer, relationship manager or any other concerned person from You Broadband. The actual time for recovery of the service is 4 to 8 working hours. But it the actual time now has crossed that limit several time. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Youbroadband connectivity also quite poor in my area. they frequently disconnect. speed is also bad.
